I prefer to go incognito, so as to always protect the wonderful privilege of slagging off future employers and workmates. But the real reason is that I secretly think I’m a superhero, my superpower being that I am always picked out of a crowd by busker scum.

What’s the deal with Christchurch?
Historically, Christchurch was the NZ destination of choice for minorities wanting to have the shit beaten out of them by skinheads. In the mid-90s skinheads tried to attack my friend and I with a large wooden plank because of our sweet Chicago Bull’s apparel and my friend’s open mocking of them. But sadly, violent racism has suffered significant decline in recent years.
Besides that there is a first-rate river and an enviably large sewage treatment plant (230 hectares of polishing ponds).
