They were searching prisoners for hidden weapons and I wasn’t really paying attention to the show until a prison guard said this in voiceover:

“Squatting and coughing with a knife in the anal cavity could cause serious injury.”

America’s hardest prisons just got harder, while bringing a whole new meaning to being a Blood.

Also, it made me think of the gang rape scenes from The Shawshank Redemption when the bull queers forced themselves on Tim Robbins. If he’d spent a little less time tunneling, and a little more on working out how to avoid being violently ass-raped on an almost daily basis, he might have hit upon the idea of boobytrapping his anal cavity with a deadly knife.
